Andrew M Pyper, PE, SECB, F.ASCE Andrew Pyper is a licensed Professional Engineer in The States of Florida, Louisiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.  Andrew is certified in the practice of structural engineering, by the Structural Engineering Certification Board, SECB and is a certified Florida Threshold Inspector. In 2007, Andrew was the President of the SW Florida Association of Structural Engineers.  Mr. Pyper is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers, F.ASCE, a Registered Chartered Engineer in England, C Eng, M.I.C.E. and a European Engineer, Eur Ing. In a career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Pyper has been involved in a variety of engineering projects throughout the world. With Pyper Engineering he was responsible for structural design of commercial and industrial structures and public works projects from Tallahassee to Key West. His experience includes projects varying from inspection of bridge bearings on Hammersmith Bridge in London to the design of bridges, commercial structures, ports and construction management in Europe and The Middle East. Andrew provides Expert Witness services. He was The Resident Engineer for Jubail Industrial Harbor, part of a $40 billion dollar Bechtel Corporation Signature Project and Project Manager for the Cape Coral Bridge.
