May supervise engineer technicians. Maintain schedules and understand contract requirements. Design skills should include, permitting, site grading, utilities, stormwater management, roadway design, water and sewer design. ACAD and Autodesk experience preferred. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and current PE or registration in Florida within two years. Senior Structural Engineer:  Minimum 8 years experience in design of structural systems for large residential, commercial and governmental facilities. May supervise engineer technicians. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and current PE or registration in Florida within two years. Civil Engineering Technician: Minimum 8 years in civil engineering design with local commercial and residential developments. Experience will include earthwork,site grading and drainage and utility design. Must be able to coordinate within a design team. ACAD and Autodesk experience preferred. Associates Degree, NICET or Technical School training preferred. Autocad Draftsperson: Experienced staff needed to support our engineering design teams. Candidates should be self reliant and should understand the engineering design concepts and processes. Candidates should be able to work closely with technical staff and engineers.  Minimum 4 years experience with an engineering consultant in ACAD. Formal technical training in ACAD preferred but not essential. NICET or Technical School training preferred. Certified Building Inspector: Minimum 5 years experience in the inspection of Threshold Buildings. These Buildings exceed 50 feet, three stories or have an occupancy greater than 500 persons. Candidate will serve as Authorized Representative of The Threshold Inspector.  He will perform all inspections listed on the Threshold Inspection plan, Maintain accurate records, review shop drawings and assist the Engineer in answering RFIs. Minimum qualifications, Certified ICC Building Inspector, or experienced EIT, CGC.
